Through my own journey with health and weight struggles and my experience helping countless clients, I've created the F3: THRIVE in Midlife program to give you the foundational habits to create a new normal with food, fitness and focus. This is a habit based approach that has empowered numerous women to significantly enhance their overall health, movement, and mindset.

Frequently Asked Questions

When does it start?

The Wednesday after you sign up ! There are a few days of "on-barding" to learn the app before we jump in. It's time to commit to getting off the diet track and starting down a path to a healthy, new normal once and for all.

What if I already have a fitness plan?

You can follow. your own plan or participate in the program you and I decide together based on your fitness experience. This is not a "one size fits all."

Is this 1:1 Coaching?

No — this is structured group coaching with accountability and support.

What if I'm busy or miss a week?

Life happens. I will work with you to get the most out of the 6 weeks to set you up for success. You'll also have the opportunity to move into the Habit Hub to continue working on the habits you started in the 6 weeks of THRIVE in Midlife.
